Tarin Immigration Services offers support for Sudanese nationals in Canada who may qualify for permanent residency under a special program. To be eligible, applicants must have lived in Sudan on or before April 15, 2023, with no other country to return to except Sudan or Canada. They must also have a qualifying family member (anchor) in Canada who commits to supporting them for one year without financial compensation. Applicants must plan to reside outside Quebec and must not be inadmissible for reasons other than financial ones. The application period is open from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026.
