As part of our growing portfolio, we assist entrepreneurs and investors in applying to provincial immigration entrepreneurship programs across Canada. Many of these programs require a business plan or business proposal as a critical component of the application.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Business Proposal Writer who can develop high-quality business plans and proposals tailored to the requirements of various provincial entrepreneurship programs, including but not limited to Alberta and British Columbia.
Role Overview:
This is a project-based, ongoing engagement. The selected individual will be our go-to resource whenever a client requires a professional business plan or business proposal to support their application for an immigration entrepreneurship program in any Canadian province.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive, customized, and persuasive business plans/proposals aligned with provincial immigration program requirements.
Research relevant industries, markets, and provincial economic priorities to ensure each proposal is well-supported and credible.
Work with our consultants and clients to capture business ideas, financial projections, and operational strategies.
Tailor proposals to different provincial programs, demonstrating how the applicant’s business will benefit the local economy.
Deliver polished, professional, and submission-ready business plans within agreed timelines.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in writing business plans and business proposals (preferably in the context of immigration, entrepreneurship, or investment programs).
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive content.
Familiarity with Canadian provincial immigration entrepreneurship programs is a strong asset.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently high-quality work.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Resident Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations and building maintenance at our Toronto site. The successful candidate will ensure that our cleaning staff delivers exceptional service, maintains high safety standards, and meets client satisfaction goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate cleaning and maintenance staff on site.
Plan, schedule, and assign cleaning duties to meet quality standards.
Monitor building condition and arrange repairs or maintenance when required.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and company policies.

Principal Functional Responsibilities
· Supports the development of annual budgets by developing business and financial targets
· Works closely with the FP&A Manager in preparing timely and accurate reporting of consolidated financial results
· Works closely with the FP&A Manager and Operations Team to renew contract and pricing models when there are changes in minimum wage and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
· Meet with Operations Team to review month-end financial results
· Maintain financial tools such as financial models in Microsoft excel and WinTeam (Bee-Clean’s Accounting software) to analyze the financial performance of the company, operating budgets, and financial/operational targets
· Work closely with upper management in understanding the monthly, quarterly and annual results in detail by identifying trends and perform variance analysis
· Understand interactions between customer’s financial systems relating to some of our largest clients to make sure our billing and pricing information is accurate, such as coordinating with client to make sure that floor vacancies reports are accounted and billed correctly
· Coordinates and/or provides financial support to our Operations Team to manage labour cost, use of cleaning supplies and other cost that would impact our gross margin
· Create job number for new business across Ontario locations
· Special projects such as implementing Fixed Asset tracker using the WinTeam Fixed Asset module, preparing reports and other duties assigned
Position Profile and Qualifications
· Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. Must have MBA. Progression towards CPA designation is an asset
· Must have minimum 3 years relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting
· Excellent financial modeling skill
· Must have working experience using the WinTeam ERP
· Strong knowledge of Excel with ability to work with large and complex data sets
· Strong analytical and logical skills, strong sense of autonomy and management of ambiguous situations
· Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in working with all organizational levels
· Commitment to the highest standards of ethics and integrity
· Professional working proficiency in Spanish and/or Tagalog is an asset
